Material Quality Control

After the production,we will test the products in all aspects, including material, weight, color, size, etc.

In the process of testing, if theer is any substandard, we will immediately require rework and reproduction

to ensure that each product is of high quality and in line with customers' requirement.

And we will pay special attention to the product: whwther it is anti-skid, whether it absorbs water, whether the material is

eco-friendly and whether the yarn is not easy to fall off.

Care Label and Package Checking

Accroding to customers' demands, we will confirm the position of care label and the package again to make sure no mistakes

will happen. 

Final Checking

Checking the fianl packaging, take out the rejects, ckean and packing the final ones.

We have acquired BSCI, OEKO-TEX and SGS cretifications so the quality of products can be guaranteed.
